Inscriptions(WX1) WASHINGTON, Dec. 28 -- NEGRO DEBS DANCE AT THE WILLARD -- Negro school girls in traditional white gowns, with escorts wearing white ties, dance last night in the crystal ballroom of the Willard hotel, a capital landmark often called "the residence of the presidents." Fourteen Negro girls made their debut at the party. In four ground are, left to right, Jean Walburg and Erskine Taylor; Lorraine Maples with Jules Lucas, and Barbara Johnson, whose partner is Clarence Simpson, son of the Liberian ambassador.
