The ckown subject matter appears frequently in Bloch's work. The large open forms of the musicians with their tiny feet seem to be suspended in a magic garden alive with detail and activity.

Bloch exhibited briefly with the Blue Rider group.

This etching is number 8 of 20, in a limited edition.
